• Losses while digital assets are being supplied to positions through Liquid Nova
• Losses due to fluctuations in token prices in trading pairs or liquidity pools
• Losses due to smart contract vulnerabilities or exploits
• Losses due to automation errors or delays
• Losses due to network congestion or outages
• Impermanent loss inherent to providing liquidity
• Software bugs or errors in the Liquid Nova interface or automation logic

• Understand the fees associated with creating and managing positions

No developer, entity, or individual involved in creating or maintaining Liquid Nova will be liable for any claims or damages whatsoever associated with your use, inability to use, or your interaction with other users of Liquid Nova, including any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive or consequential damages, or loss of profits, cryptocurrencies, tokens, or anything else of value.

Meteora Protocol

Liquid Nova interacts with the Meteora protocol, which is a decentralized peer-to-peer protocol deployed on the Solana blockchain. Liquid Nova does not own, control, or operate the Meteora protocol. The Meteora protocol is run by smart contracts deployed on the Solana blockchain.
